Desktop application for LiDAR data analysis
DF BIRD is SfM software for 3D synthesis of images taken by drones and creating orthoimages and DSMs. It enables the generation of images of optimal quality for forest analysis with DF Scanner without the need for detailed adjustments by the user. Processing speed and output accuracy can be customized as needed, so it can be used according to the usage situation. Area calculation and distance measurement tools are also available, so images can be generated and checked in one software.
This software is provided free of charge to those who have purchased a DF Scanner license. It can also be purchased separately, so please contact us for a quote for details.
Automatic processing
Simply input the captured image and the save destination and select run to generate orthoimages and DSMs fully automatically. You can select speed priority mode, customize feature extraction accuracy, high density point cloud quality, and output resolution as needed. While the analysis is running, the progress is displayed in a separate window.
Check the results
The generated image can be viewed on the DF BIRD screen. It is also possible to check in detail using the area calculation and distance measurement functions.
